My wife and I have been going to the Dunbar area for the past 36 years and own a cabin up there. My wife's parents grew up in Pembine along with their parents. We have eaten at Richards several times prior to the new owners. This past Saturday my wife and I took our son and daughter in-law and the 2 grand kids there for dinner. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye and it was the worst steak I have ever had in my life for 24.00. 8oz.. of it was fat and grizzle and I could have used a chain saw to cut it. My wife ordered the wild rice as a side with her 12oz ribeye that she didn't even eat and she said the rice was rice a roni. I have never in my life complained about a meal until I ate at Richards. They are over priced for what they serve and were completely rude when I let them know what I thought of their steak. I don't think they use US beef. I think it is beef from Mexico. I will not send food back because I have heard to many stories and have seen waiters and the movie road trip. Needless to say we will never be go back.Even the waitress was a rude bag. I would recommend to everyone out there to go to Paris in Pembine if you want a good meal that is worth the money. If your riding ATV's go to the north country inn up the road from Richards if you want a good burger and friendly atmosphere. Dave and Diane will take care of you.
We know allot of people in the area and trust me they will all here about Richards lousy food and service. I just wish I would have thought to take a pic of the gross rubbery and fatty steak.By the way I would not even give them 1 star but I have to.
The food and service were terrible. Went for dinner with my husband and couldn't even eat our food, when I asked for vegetables which my meal said it came with, the waitress said they decided to substitute garlic bread. No one asked or even told me if this decision!
My name is Dan and Pam .. We stayed there last night and what a great guy Randy was to us . We had the prime rib and I think it was the best I ever had . The rooms were older but very clean . The place has a lot to offer . Tons of trails and tons of fun . Thankx for everything. I will be back with my wife Pam as soon as we get a weekend off
Great food ribs, fish, prime rib, I haven't had a bad menu item yet. Friendly staff and awesome owners great place to take the family for lunch dinner or just to hang out.

If your going to call your establishment a supper club then your food needs to be of that caliber. I've had better steaks at truck stops for half the price.
