My Experience as a former NBBC student: As a former NBBC student, I have to admit that I am very disappointed with the direction Northland is going. When I heard the announcement of the school changing the name to "Northland International University, I immediately questioned this and came to the realization that this is a step towards compromising. This school has changed in areas of standards dramatically in order to attract a high number of prospective students. When I first attended the college in the mid 90's, the college and almost every student attending were excited to identify themselves as Independent Fundamental Baptists and practiced ecclesiastical separation. As years gone by, the college began bending over backwards to attract students from churches that are Baptist by name only and have no standards. Some of my former classmates have even waivered to non-Baptist churches, especially the Evangelical Free church. I want to make it clear that I am an Independent Fundamental, soulwinning, KJV Bible believing Baptist and I am proud of this and I plan on staying that way without apology
God is working at this place. As a former student, my eyes have never been so opened to Gospel believing truth before attending Northland!
I have had many friends go to and graduate from northland international...it is a great school and the camp ministry changed my life!
